Beep Test 04/02/14
Had a beep test today. Not happy with myself, but I tried. Still, I need to do better than 5/7. Last Friday also wasn't good as I had gotten 29 minutes and 13 seconds on the community run. I'm getting too lazy, and I need to push myself harder, but the 5 blocks of classes doesn't help. Going to start a routine that my Dad told me he used to do, so that should help.Just need to organize everything so it works out.

1. The Big Picture
In my opinion, it's a very necessary thing to learn, especially to stay fit. From what I can understand, I'm being taught to test my limits, my very best, and bend that limit to make my best, better.
To me PE allows me to become more fit, find my strengths and weaknesses, an improve on them.
If I had to grade myself I would give myself a B or a G/S/N
2. Your Body and Health
I generally dislike feeling weak or not able to do anything. So I use this to my advantage and push myself as much as I can.
It used to be frustrating and annoying exercising as it would simply hurt, but now it feels great to get the burning sensation, knowing my limits are being pushed, and my blood is pumping at such a rate.
Generally I have mental blockades from thinking about what others might think about me, but I am able to overcome them by telling myself it doesn't matter, and to push through. It helps giving yourself a motivational speech.
In terms of how healthy I feel, I would have to say I'm alright, but there's always room for improvement.
3.Your Attitude and Effort
I do come as much as I can and I think I have only missed a few days because of sickness.
I have only forgot proper clothing a few times if I remember correctly, and the only reason I wouldn't change is because I'm not having a good day. For how I embrace what activities we do, I generally enjoy it as it is fun as most classes are. On fitness days is when I push myself until I can't. If I have an elevated heart rate I keep on pushing. I usually try and stay positive and try to encourage a few others to work their hardest. I'm not sure if I make much of a difference though.
4. Growing/Learning/Goals
I am quite happy to say there has been improvement in how much I can run. I don't exactly have any goals other than get stronger, but I think I might set a few. I learned that adrenaline can be better than anything for energy to run. And if I chose to change anything about how I used to go about, I would probably change my attitude, as I used to dislike P.E. If and when I do stop taking Active Learning, I plan on setting up a workout routine

Year End Post
For me I had a great year for PE. I have been able to get much healthier than I was before and I'm enjoying running too. My favourite days were when it was fitness. Those days had me push myself and basic find my limits, so I could improve them. Days where we got a choice were also quite fun.
I didn't always wear PE strip though.
I think I deserve a B because I tried my hardest whenever I could, but I didn't always wear PE strip.

Beep Test!
Got slightly better on my beep test. I was able to get 6.3 on beep test! While I may not be the best runner, this is still an improvement. I'm finally getting that burn from running, and it feels great. Actually, I've started to do a large amount of exercise at home as well now.

Participation-Recently I have working hard on fitness days and such and have been improving. By getting Improvement it shows me that its worth the work and gives me determination.
Field Trips-I have not gone on any field trips.
Fitness-I have started to get a slight burning in my muscles instead of them being sore, but the burning a not painful. It's actually quite nice. I also noticed I'm able to run longer distances and do the insanity workout longer
Important Moments- Other than increase in fitness I have not had many important moments other than the time I was able to do 3 sets of 8 reps on the leg press when it was at the maximum weight

Why I think I deserve an S
For gym, recently ive been working quite hard at it. My only problem is I ocassionaly forget gym strip. Otherwise I work extremely hard on Fitness days and days we have weightroom, choice, etc.
It defenately helps with the ositive attitude of my peers and the encouragement they give. Because of this It makes me want to work harder and push myself. Since people encouraged me I will ocasionally encourage people to give it there best and push themselves.

During PE this year, how have you shown you are prepared and willing to participate in a variety of activities? On what days have you participated to your best effort and why? What days have been a struggle for you and why?
I showed my willing to participating by giving it my best. Sometimes I know it isnt much but I still try. But on fitness days are when I really work hard.
How do you contribute to the overall success of the class? What kind of attitude do you bring and why? How do you interact with other students in our class?
I usually bring a bit of an attitude to participate. Its kinda nice, talking to some of the other students, because they give eachother encouragement to push harder.
Describe your participation during fitness days - have you been able to push yourself physically? What types of fitness activities do you enjoy the most? What fitness goals do you have for the rest of the year?
