Participation-Recently I have working hard on fitness days and such and have been improving. By getting Improvement it shows me that its worth the work and gives me determination.

Field Trips-I have not gone on any field trips.

Fitness-I have started to get a slight burning in my muscles instead of them being sore, but the burning a not painful. It's actually quite nice. I also noticed I'm able to run longer distances and do the insanity workout longer

Important Moments- Other than increase in fitness I have not had many important moments other than the time I was able to do 3 sets of 8 reps on the leg press when it was at the maximum weight

Letter Grade-B (80%)

  1. Daniel - you do a good job of participating in class. You need to start changing into gym strip so that you can participate your best without worrying about being sweaty and uncomfortable in your next class. I think that it will make a difference. I am glad you are seeing some improvements in your fitness - what are your favorite days in PE and why?
